"From Personal Healing to a Movement"
Our Founder’s Journey
Â
My journey into millets did not begin as a business idea. It began as a personal search for answers.
For years, I consciously chose what I believed was healthy food. Yet, I struggled with bloating, digestive discomfort, and brain fog. The contradiction pushed me to question deeper — not just what we eat, but how we prepare and consume it.
That curiosity led me to millets.
I began by gradually replacing wheat rotis with ragi, jowar, and bajra and futher deeper into other five medicinal grains . What started as experimentation slowly became transformation. Improved digestion. Steady energy. Mental clarity. The shift was undeniable.
As I studied further, the teachings of Dr. Khader Vali  widely known as the "Millet Man of India," became a turning point in my understanding. I learned that millets are powerful — but only when prepared correctly. Soaking is not optional; it is essential for proper assimilation and unlocking their full spectrum of health benefits.
That single insight shaped our foundation.
Today, every product we create is thoughtfully pre-soaked or sprouted, ensuring you receive millets in their most bioavailable and gut-friendly form.
This journey has also been strengthened by my daughter, a clinical dietitian pursuing her Master’s in Nutrition. Her scientific insight and guidance ensure that our traditional wisdom stands firmly supported by modern nutritional understanding.
Building a millet-focused brand in a wheat-and-rice-dominant culture was not easy. Shifting habits requires patience, education, and consistency. But we believe transformation happens when knowledge meets persistence.
What began as personal healing has evolved into a larger mission —
to help families return to their roots,
to make ancient grains practical for modern kitchens,
and to see India reclaim its identity as a global health capital.
This is more than business.
It is a conscious movement toward mindful nourishment.
And we are humbled to be walking this journey with you.
